Becoming a therapist and mental health clinician has allowed me to pursue my interest in people and the ways they relate to themselves and each other. Stories, narratives, symbols, and relationships have captivated me since I was young. I have spent much of my life trying to make sense of love and conflict in equal measure.

I first completed an MA in literature at Mills College and later I received my MA in Integrated Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integrated Studies. As a practicing therapist working in both private practice and in community mental health, I have the privilege of holding space, supporting, and taking a deep grounded interest in my clients’ lived experience and mental health wellbeing.
